I know everyone has heard the saying “breakfast is the most important meal of the day,” and thats because it’s true! Eating a healthy and balanced breakfast is important to kick starting your metabolism and your brain. This yummy breakfast parfait is tasty and super quick to make. Put it in a to-go cup and take it on the run, just don’t forget a spoon 😛
- 1 cup Granola
- 1/2 cup Frozen or Fresh Fruit
- 1 carton Greek Yogurt
- Add 1/2 cup of the granola in the bottom of the cup, add fruit, then yogurt and finally the remaining 1/2 cup of granola
- Grab a spoon and ENJOY!!
